Paid plans have the ability to contain ‘Sub accounts’ which can be resold.
Sub accounts do not have a billing section or the ability to change their own plans, with the billing and account management being controlled from the parent account.
Other than billing and account management, all of the functionality for sub accounts is exactly the same as the main account and includes a complete set of features.
Charges for managed sub accounts are itemised in Jumplead invoices.
Sub accounts will appear in the right hand navigation, allowing you to log in and manage them.
Note: Sub accounts can only be managed through the Jumplead Classic app, available from the bottom of the Dashboard.
The Jumplead Manager app will be launching soon to allow management of sub accounts moving forwards.
