Activity Streams are filtered versions of the prospect activity that Jumplead detects on your website. When a known Contact returns to your website and views certain pages you can use an automation to trigger a marketing action.
This kind of automation is best suited to sending a Notification to your sales team, letting them know that a specific Contact is engaged at that time. Or adding a Tag to the Contact so that you can create a contacts segment that reflects a certain type of engagement.
Step 1. Choose an Activity Stream
Choose the activity stream you would like to add an automation to from your list of saved activity streams on the right hand side of the page.
Step 2. Create an automation
Click the 'Create automation' button.
Add a name and description to help you find it again in the Automations section where it will be listed, once saved.
Click the ‘Add actions’ button to begin adding actions.
Select the type of action you would like to take, you can choose to:
- Send campaign (Choose from one of your Autoresponder campaigns)
- Issue notification (Send an email to a Jumplead user)
- Change stage (This is the Contact’s stage)
- Add contact tag (Use tags to group your Contacts into Lists)
Add as many Actions as you like, and when you are happy, click ‘Save’.
