Jumplead provides a combined live chat and messaging system that works exactly like traditional chat, but with the benefit that chat conversations are seamlessly converted to email conversations. This means you can reply to chat enquiries by email when you are not logged in to Jumplead.

Minimal setup

Jumplead chat works the same way whether your operators are logged in or not, so there's no need to set up open and closed hours for the system.

When a visitor starts a chat conversation and there are no operators present, the visitor is prompted for their contact details which are used to create a contact in Jumplead and start the conversation within the Messages section.

Message your contacts

Jumplead’s combined messaging inbox is also used to create and manage individual emails to your contacts, by creating a new conversation
